TOP five winter haircut

People tend to refresh their style at the start of a transitional season like spring or fall, but winter is actually a great time for a new cut. For starters, the lower temps and drier air make frizz less of an issue. It’s also a good time to snip off any split ends and get your strands in tip-top shape for the year ahead. Here, six cuts to try now.

A LONG PIXIE

It may sound counterintuitive, but freeing your neck of hair during the winter is actually a smart move because you can now wear all those turtlenecks and scarves without having your strands stick to the back of your neck.

A LAYERED LOB WITH BANGS

Growing out your lob? (Um, join the club.) Ease the awkward in-between stage with a few face-framing layers and feathered fringe. Just like that, you’ve got a whole new look without losing a single inch of precious length.

CURTAIN BANGS

Long, curtain-style bangs that open up in the middle of your forehead work on any hair length or texture. Plus, they instantly upgrade any updo—whether it’s a sleek ponytail or a tousled chignon. ’This the season of holiday parties and family gatherings, after all

LONG WITH BLUNT ENDS

Choppy layers are great for the summer when you’re rocking beach waves. Straighter styles (that are much easier to achieve during the winter) look better with clean, even ends throughout.

SHORT WITH BLUNT ENDS

The same goes for shorter styles. Keep the ends clean-cut for a super-chic look with minimal effort. Plus, if you’ve been toying with the idea of cutting your hair short, winter is a good time to go for it because you won’t have to worry so much about things puffing up in the heat.

First  : to see a regular hairstylist that will help get to know your personality and your hair goals on the regular. People with really great hair usually have a standing appointment every 5 to 10 weeks for at least a shape up. So, get on the phone and schedule your appointments for at least the next year and put it into your calendar.

The $1 trick to get better hair

As we all know,Washing your hair every day is so passé.

we’ve all heard that too much soaping up can strip hair of natural oils and leave tresses dry and brittle, the regular shampoos contain a lot of harmful ingredients.

The word fragrance might not sound so bad, but on a label, it can mean the presence of over 4,000 separate chemical ingredients. How scary is that?!

If you dont want to do this again, you may try baking soda .It might be hard to adjust to the lack of shampoo foaming action at first, but I promise this is worth it in the end. Unlike shampoo, baking soda won’t mess with your hair’s natural pH--making locks shinier, less oily and all-around healthier. Some folks also report fewer hairline breakouts and thicker hair over time.

How to use baking soda? Fill a cup with one part baking soda, two parts water. When you’re in the shower, poor the mixture directly over wet hair, starting at the roots. Kneed it into your scalp and let it sit for three minutes before rinsing.

And then what? Follow up with your normal conditioner on the ends or an apple-cider-vinegar rinse.

How often? Two to three times a week.

Top five most fashionable hairstyles Of 2016

We’ve spent month after month celebrating the coolest hair trends, and just like that, 2016 is almost over. Time flies, but the good news is, if you found a style you love, you don’t have to abandon it just because the year is up. Here, see the best looks of 2016 that’ll still be chic next year.

Top one:BRAIDS

Modern plaits have stayed in rotation season after season for the past few years. Perfect for breaking out of a rut or masking second-day hair, they're sure to be back in 2017.

Top two: BLONDE HAIR

We saw a major influx in the palest tresses this year, across a wide variety of ethnicities and skin tones. With more staying power than colorful pastels, this (non) color trend is sure to remain in play next year.

Top three: SLEEK BUNS

A chic chignon will never go out of style. Sculptural buns (in singles or in pairs) are the cure for pulling hair away from your face without looking basic.

Top four: HAIR JEWELRY

Whether you prefer the look of a single barrette or a collection of jewels, adding a special something to your hair has been a trend since the days of Marie Antoinette, and we see no signs of it stopping.

Top five: SHORT CUTS

We're not saying this look is for everyone, but hear us out. While it takes chutzpah to pull off a buzz cut, when done correctly, it can step up your beauty game exponentially and show off your best facial features—and that will never not be on trend.

Condition your hair correctly
Leave-in conditioners ,overnight masks, oils, and moisturizing creams are another key to maintaining an enviable mane. And you better believe every woman with great hair uses them. Make sure you are conditioning your hair after every shampoo.

Avoid heat styling as often as possible Only use hot tools when necessary ,Heat rapidly dries out hair, and if your hair is already colored or just naturally dry, then you will have to trim your hair more often and use masque conditioners to help keep the moisture in. Hot tools can also make hair look crispy and create split ends if overused. Blow out hair 3-5 times a week and try to limit your flat iron/curling iron usage to 1-2 times a week.
